How do I apply?

Who is a good fit for the program?
The program is designed for creators, educators, reviewers, agencies, newsletters, tool directories, and content sites with relevant audiences interested in AI image and video creation tools.
How is commission calculated?
The launch-phase Early Bird group uses flat promotional rates valid until 2026-10-05: 45% on monthly subscription billings, 40% on annual subscription first-year payments (one-time), and 45% on credit pack purchases (one-time). Only billings that Affonso settles and credits to the affiliate on or before 2026-10-05 receive the Early Bird rate. After 2026-10-05, Early Bird partners transition into the Standard group, which pays 30% on the first 3 monthly billing cycles per customer and 25% on cycles 4 through 12 (12-cycle cap), 25% on annual subscription first-year payments, and 30% on credit pack purchases. Selected high-performing partners may be invited into a separate Quality Partners group at rates above Standard, determined on a case-by-case basis. For this program, "settled" means Affonso has attributed the Stripe payment or revenue event to the affiliate and recognized it as commissionable affiliate revenue. Standard group is also the destination for partners who apply on or after 2026-06-06. Future changes to Standard rates will be communicated with at least 60 days advance notice.
If my group changes mid-program, what rate applies to a referred customer's later payments?
Each commission uses the rate of your group at the moment Affonso generates that commission — i.e., the underlying Stripe payment event. The hold period (45 days for monthly subscriptions and credit packs, 90 days for annual subscriptions) only delays payout; it does not re-determine an already-generated commission's rate. Example (Early Bird window ends 2026-10-05): • On 2026-09-15, while you are still in the Early Bird group, a referred customer's first monthly payment is attributed to you and accrues at the Early Bird rate (45% on monthly subscription billings). The 45-day hold for that commission ends around 2026-10-30 and does not change the locked-in 45% rate. • On 2026-10-06 you transition into the Standard group. • On 2026-10-15 the same customer's next monthly renewal generates a new commission, and that new commission uses your current group at that moment — the Standard cycle 1-3 rate (30%).
Are self-referrals eligible?
Self-referrals and self-purchases are not eligible for commission.
What happens with refunds and disputes?
Commissions may be reversed for refunds, chargebacks, Stripe disputes, policy violations, or invalid traffic.
Can I run paid ads?
Paid promotion is allowed only when it follows our program rules. Brand bidding on SeedAPP or confusingly similar terms is prohibited, as are misleading claims, coupon abuse, spam, and low-quality automated traffic.
When are payouts processed?
Payable balances are reviewed monthly on or around the 5th after the hold period. The minimum payout is $50. Payouts are made via PayPal by default, Wise on request, or bank wire for cumulative balances of $500 or more.
Can I offer a discount to my audience?
Yes. Once approved, you can generate your own 20% off discount code from your Affonso dashboard and share it with your audience. Each partner gets their own unique code — SeedAPP does not publish a shared code on this page. Discount codes cannot be stacked with other discounts, promotion codes, coupons, or offers; checkout accepts one discount only. Affiliate attribution still follows Affonso tracking and settlement; the discount itself is calculated against the actual paid amount, and your commission is calculated on that same actual paid amount.

Eligibility
You must own and operate a legitimate website, channel, newsletter, or community aligned with our content guidelines. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion.
Commission rules (Early Bird group, launch phase)
The launch-phase Early Bird group uses flat promotional rates for billings that Affonso settles and credits to the affiliate on or before 2026-10-05: 45% on monthly subscription billings, 40% one-time on annual subscription first-year payments, and 45% one-time on credit pack purchases. All percentages are calculated on the actual amount paid by the customer (after any discount or coupon), not on the original list price. For these terms, "settled" means Affonso has attributed the Stripe payment or revenue event to the affiliate and recognized it as commissionable affiliate revenue. The 12-cycle per-customer cap on monthly subscription commissions applies. The Early Bird group is closed to new applications after 2026-06-05; new applicants apply to the Standard group from 2026-06-06 onward.
Commission rules (Standard group)
The Standard group is in effect from 2026-06-06 onward and is the destination tier for new applications after the Early Bird window. Monthly subscription commissions follow a per-customer cycle schedule: 30% on billing cycles 1-3 and 25% on cycles 4-12, capped at 12 successful billing cycles per customer. Annual subscription referrals pay 25% on the first-year payment only. Credit pack referrals pay 30% one-time commission. All percentages are calculated on the actual amount paid by the customer (after any discount or coupon), not on the original list price. Future changes to Standard rates will be communicated with at least 60 days advance notice in accordance with the Termination and changes section.
Tier transition and Quality Partners group
The Early Bird campaign window ends on 2026-10-05. On that date, all Early Bird partners transition into the Standard group, and their existing referred customers' subsequent billing cycles will be paid at the Standard group's rates based on each customer's actual billing cycle number (for example, a customer in their 5th billing cycle on the transition date will be paid under Standard's cycle 4-12 rate going forward). Pending commissions already settled and credited by Affonso before the transition are not re-rated by this group migration. This transition does not terminate the partnership; it changes the applicable commission schedule for new Affonso-settled commission events after the transition. SeedAPP may also invite selected high-performing partners — defined by the volume of customers they bring — into a separate Quality Partners group with rates above the Standard group. The specific Quality Partners group rates and selection criteria are determined by SeedAPP on a case-by-case basis and are not pre-committed in these terms. SeedAPP will provide all affected partners with at least 60 days advance notice of the 2026-10-05 transition and any subsequent rate changes, in accordance with the Termination and changes section.
Hold period
Monthly subscription commissions enter a 45-day hold before release. Credit pack commissions enter a 45-day hold before release. Annual subscription commissions enter a 90-day hold before release. If the underlying purchase is refunded, charged back, disputed, or violates program rules during the hold period, the corresponding commission may be reversed.
Affiliate discount code
Each approved partner may generate one unique 20% off customer discount code from their Affonso dashboard for eligible purchases. SeedAPP does not publish a shared discount code on this page. Discount codes cannot be stacked with any other discount, promotion code, coupon, or offer; each checkout may use only one discount code. The discount applies to the customer's payment; affiliate commission is calculated on the actual amount paid by the customer (after the discount), not on the original list price. Affiliate attribution still follows Affonso tracking and settlement. Use of a discount code requires an active partnership in good standing; SeedAPP may invalidate, replace, or restrict the code at any time, including upon termination of a partner's account.
Prohibited conduct
Paid promotion is allowed only when it follows our program rules. Brand bidding on SeedAPP or confusingly similar terms is prohibited, as are misleading claims, coupon abuse, spam, and low-quality automated traffic. Partners must clearly disclose their relationship with SeedAPP wherever required by applicable laws, platform rules, or advertising guidelines.
Self-referral and self-purchase
Self-referrals, self-purchases, referrals from accounts you control, and attempts to earn commission on your own purchases are not eligible for commission and may result in account termination.
Refunds, disputes, and clawbacks
Commissions may be reversed for refunds, chargebacks, Stripe disputes, payment failures, policy violations, invalid traffic, or fraudulent activity. Partial refunds may result in proportional commission adjustments when supported by Affonso or by SeedAPP's manual review.

Approved affiliates can contact partner support through their Affonso dashboard. New applications must be submitted through the Affonso application portal.
Payouts

Taxes
Partners are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on commissions earned. We may request a W-8BEN, W-9, or equivalent tax form before processing payouts above applicable thresholds.
Termination and changes
SeedAPP may update program terms, commission rates, group eligibility, payout rules, and discount code rules with at least 60 days advance notice for material commission rate changes. Commissions already settled and credited by Affonso before the effective date of any rate change will not be re-rated; new rates apply only to commission events settled and credited by Affonso on or after the effective date. SeedAPP may suspend or terminate a partner account for fraud, self-referrals, misleading promotion, brand bidding, coupon abuse, invalid traffic, policy violations, or other activity that harms the program.
