How SeedAPP handles account, payment, and creative-content information

This Privacy Policy explains how SeedAPP ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you visit the service, create an account, purchase or use credits, contact support, or create AI-generated images and videos.
The intended Singapore operating entity and data controller is Seed APP. Until its registration details are finalized, references to SeedAPP in this Policy mean the current operator of the SeedAPP service. We will publish the exact registered name, registration number, and registered office when those details are available.
SeedAPP is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided information to the service, contact SeedAPP support.

User content may therefore be processed for service and model evaluation or improvement. The precise processing may depend on the feature and service providers involved. Where applicable law requires a separate choice or consent, we will request it.

We use service providers for functions such as account authentication, payment processing, email and support delivery, hosting and storage, security and abuse prevention, AI generation, service measurement, and affiliate attribution. We may send them the information reasonably needed to perform those functions. AI service providers may receive prompts, uploads, generation settings, and related technical information needed to return results.
Service providers process information under their own contracts, privacy terms, and legal obligations. Their locations and practices may differ. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.
We do not sell your personal data.
SeedAPP is available internationally, and information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we and our service providers use legally recognized transfer mechanisms or other appropriate safeguards. Some information may also be processed in countries whose data-protection rules differ from those where you live.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the service, maintaining account and transaction records, meeting legal or accounting duties, protecting the service, preventing abuse, and resolving disputes.
Retention depends on the type of information and why it is held. For example, account and creation information may be retained while an account is active; payment, credit, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute records may be retained longer when required or reasonably necessary. Deleted information may remain for a limited time in backups or isolated recovery systems before it is overwritten. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that no longer identifies you.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also request account closure and complain to an appropriate data-protection authority.
Submit a request by contacting SeedAPP support. We will respond within 30 days. For complex requests, we may extend the response period by up to an additional 60 days and will explain the extension. We may verify your identity and may retain information or decline a request where applicable law permits or requires it.
SeedAPP does not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.
SeedAPP uses strictly necessary technologies for functions such as security, authentication, language selection, session continuity, and user-requested transactions. These functions may not work if the necessary technologies are blocked.
Optional technologies may be used for service measurement, experience improvement, or referral attribution only in accordance with your choice. The cookie notice provides Accept and Reject options. Rejecting optional technologies does not disable the strictly necessary functions required to provide the service. See our Cookie Policy for more information.
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transmission where appropriate, and operational monitoring. No service can guarantee absolute security.
If a personal-data incident requires notice under applicable law, we will notify the relevant authority and affected people within the legally required time and manner.
We may update this Policy as the service, our practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version and its effective date. Where required, we will provide advance notice or request consent before a material change takes effect.
The data controller is the operator of SeedAPP. Seed APP is the intended Singapore operating entity; its final registered details will be published after registration is complete.
