Terms for using SeedAPP AI image and video creation services

These Terms of Service govern your use of SeedAPP, including its AI image and video tools, accounts, projects, Studio features, credits, subscriptions, credit packages, payments, and creation history.
The intended Singapore operating entity is Seed APP. Until its registration details are finalized, references to SeedAPP, "we", "us", or "our" mean the current operator of the SeedAPP service. The exact registered name, registration number, and registered office will be published when available.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. We may ask you to confirm eligibility where reasonably required. If you believe a person under 18 has created an account, contact SeedAPP support.
You are responsible for your account, its security, and activity performed through it. You must provide accurate information and use SeedAPP lawfully.
You may not use SeedAPP to create, upload, share, or distribute content that:
We may use automated and human review to investigate misuse and may restrict content, features, or accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or enforcement. Where appropriate and practicable, we will explain an action. You may appeal by contacting SeedAPP support.
Available plans, subscriptions, credit packages, prices, taxes, renewal periods, included credits, and expiration terms are shown before purchase. Registration-gift credits may be offered under the terms displayed at the time; their amount and availability are not guaranteed by these Terms.
Price and service adjustments. Prices and per-generation credit costs may change for legitimate reasons such as service costs, supplier fees, taxes, exchange rates, or legal requirements. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of material changes when reasonably possible.
If equivalent compensation becomes impracticable because of supplier costs or similar circumstances, we may instead change future prices with the same notice. You may cancel a subscription before the change takes effect. Refund eligibility remains governed by the Refunds section and mandatory law.
Renewals and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically for the period shown at checkout unless canceled before renewal. You may use an available billing-management control or contact SeedAPP support for assistance. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a completed charge or revoke lawful commercial-use permission already granted for a qualifying paid result.
Your content. As between you and SeedAPP, you retain the rights you hold in prompts, reference materials, and outputs, to the extent applicable law recognizes those rights. We do not claim a revenue share in your content. AI outputs may not be exclusive or copyrightable, and we do not guarantee that an output is non-infringing or suitable for a particular commercial purpose.
Outputs created through an anonymous preview or with registration-gift credits may be watermarked and are licensed only for personal evaluation, not commercial use. Outputs generated under an eligible paid subscription or with purchased credit-package credits may be used for lawful commercial purposes, subject to these Terms, applicable law, and third-party rights.
License needed to operate and improve SeedAPP. You grant SeedAPP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, process, adapt, and display your content as reasonably needed to provide, secure, evaluate, develop, and improve the service and related models, including training or fine-tuning where applicable. This license also covers backups, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. It lasts only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and the retention described in our Privacy Policy.
Service providers. We may transmit content and generation settings to AI and infrastructure service providers that help produce results or operate the service. Their handling of data is also subject to their applicable terms and legal obligations.
No public or promotional use without agreement. We will not place your content in a public gallery or use it in external marketing unless you actively submit it for that purpose and agree to that use.
Your responsibilities. You confirm that you own your uploads or have the rights needed to use them. You are responsible for prompts, uploads, outputs, and any use or distribution of them. If you believe content used through SeedAPP infringes your rights, send enough information to identify the original work, the disputed content, and your contact details to SeedAPP support.
AI-generated content may be labeled or marked where required by law or by a feature's stated terms.
You may request a refund within 7 days after purchasing a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or credit package by contacting SeedAPP support. Requests submitted after that period are not eligible unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Eligibility. Used credits, generated outputs, and consumed subscription time count as consumption and are not refundable.
Refund amount. For an eligible request, the refund is calculated as:
refund = amount paid × (remaining credits / total credits committed in the current billing period) − payment processing fee
For a monthly subscription or credit package, total credits committed means the credits granted at purchase or at the start of the current monthly cycle, and remaining credits means those credits minus credits used in that period. For an annual subscription, total credits committed means the monthly allowance multiplied by twelve, and remaining credits means that total minus credits used since purchase. Only the unused portion is refundable.
Payment processing fee. The payment processing fee is the amount retained under the payment provider's public fee schedule for the original transaction:
We assess the cause in good faith based on the circumstances. Refund and payment-dispute requests are reviewed manually. A refund or payment dispute does not by itself automatically revoke commercial-use permission already granted for a qualifying paid result. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
Nothing in this section limits a non-waivable refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer right under applicable law.
SeedAPP is provided on an as-available and as-is basis. AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, biased, or unsuitable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular result from a prompt, output uniqueness or copyrightability, freedom from third-party rights, or suitability for a platform, profession, or commercial use. SeedAPP does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeedAPP's total aggregate liability arising from the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100 if you made no payment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss, including lost profits, data, opportunity, or goodwill.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or mandatory consumer protections.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting SeedAPP support at support@seedanceapp.net. We may verify the request before acting. Closure does not itself create a refund, and unused credits in a closed account are forfeited unless the Refunds section or mandatory law provides otherwise.
We may suspend or close an account for a material violation, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, protection of users or the service, or discontinuation of the service. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue. If we close an account without cause or discontinue the service, unused paid credits will be handled under the Refunds section and applicable law.
Information after closure is retained or deleted according to our Privacy Policy and legal obligations. Account reactivation is not guaranteed.
We may update these Terms as the service, costs, or legal requirements change. For a material change, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice by email, in-product notice, or another reasonable channel before it takes effect. Non-material corrections or clarifications may take effect when posted.
If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the service, cancel future renewal, or request account closure before it takes effect. Where law requires separate consent, we will request it.
These Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer or other applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact SeedAPP support. We will work in good faith toward a resolution and aim to provide a substantive response within 30 days. This informal process does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or contacting a regulator or consumer-protection authority where permitted.
